Mint oil (Mentha arvensis)

Distilled from mint grown on our family farm in Barabanki, in India's main mint belt. Used for menthol, flavours, fragrance and personal care.

Natural jaggery

Cane jaggery made in Uttar Pradesh the traditional way, with no added colour or chemicals. That is why it is deep brown. Very bright yellow jaggery is often lightened with chemicals.

Kala Namak rice

The aromatic rice of eastern Uttar Pradesh, from Siddharthnagar, the original GI region of Kala Namak. The husk of the paddy is black. The grain inside is white and fragrant.

Falconbell Trading Co. is run by Kumar Pushkar from New Delhi. Our mint oil comes from our family's farm in Barabanki. Our jaggery and Kala Namak rice come through family in Uttar Pradesh, so we know where each product is grown and who made it.
